Food service operators listed on ElKanteen are independently responsible for food quality, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

ElKanteen does not guarantee the quality or safety of any food items and is not liable for any food-related incidents.

Parents may set spending limits, dietary restrictions, and allergy alerts for their children through the platform.

Students may only use the platform within the boundaries set by their parent or guardian and their institution's policies.

All transactions processed through ElKanteen are handled via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
